A Relationship Built on Trust and Integrity
Our firm is built on seven principles, Integrity, Objectivity, Competence, Fairness, Confidentiality, Professionalism and Diligence. We strive everyday to bring these principles to every client relationship. Both, Joseph Grella, CFP®(R) and William D'Annibale, as Managing Partners of the firm believe that to successfully have a long term relationship, you should be treated not as a customer but as a client. If this is what you are looking for in a financial advisory firm, please contact us.
Uniquely Independent
Within the world of financial advice, many people do not know whose interest is being taken into account.
Is it the investment firm's or the clients'?
At American Retirement & Investment Strategies we always put the clients' interests first. As a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm it is legally our fiduciary duty to do what is in the best interest of the client. Broker/dealers and other non-RIA firms do not have this fiduciary duty and are not necessarily legally bound to put your best interests first.
Our Investment Philosophy
Our investment philosophy is based on two simple principles: 1) Manage our clients’ money with low market risks; 2) Participate in the potential market growth.
In order to achieve these results, we have developed our own proprietary strategy called “Twelve Asset Classes” which has been modeled after a strategy that has been successfully tested for over 50 years. Our ultimate objective is to create and maintain a building block of twelve sub-asset classes that provide diversification and positive yield growth. Our investments may focus on market index securities (i.e, S&P 500, Dow Jones, Nasdaq, All World Index, etc.), or we can drill down to individual stocks, sectors or industry groups (i.e., Commodities,-, Real Estate, etc.).
In addition to our “Twelve Asset Classes” methodology, we also use a Buy and Sell strategy hinged on both fundamental and technical analysis
By combining the elements of both fundamental and technical analysis, our firm’s investment strategy is to determine not only what type of investment should be included in a client’s portfolio, but also when that investment should be bought or sold. .In other words, not just “what to buy” for our clients’ portfolios but also “when” to buy.
